i need someone to do research on starting an ISP Company in South Africa i need to know what licenses are required by (ICASA) [login to view URL] i need to know how to go about starting an ISP and if towers are needed if i am only doing LTE services , i need to know where to purchase sim cards i do not want to wholesale data from other ISP , i want to start my own . i want to know any costs (monthly or yearly or once off) for licesnses i want to know how is the data transmitted (by frequency or towers etc) by the time i finish reading the project i need to be able to be confident about whether i can start the company , the costs (approximate) and other finner details of the ISP industry .
