Find me three poster dropshipping companies

Hi Freelancers, for setting up a new business, I am looking for a very good and reliable dropshipping poster printing partner. So far, I have tried to find some through Alibaba, but I have not had much success. I would like someone to find me three suppliers that qualify for my purpose. I only take your bidding serious if you show me a detailed approach. I have a list of suppliers that have not been successful, so you can disregard them. I expect you to communicate very politely with the supplier and make sure that you get the best price. I have a proposed discount scheme for larger order quantities. As end result, I expect the following: Details and quotations of three suppliers and confirmation that the sample that I request are underway for three suppliers. Samples involve different papers and frame. Meanwhile, I only wish to be updated when you have actually reached a result. I do not wish to do any concession with regards to the quality or options. If samples cost money this can be made available(only if necessary). Payment only after reaching all requirements for three suppliers. The description of the business: I am a digital artist, and I am looking for a party that can print posters very often. The poster images will be sent on a daily basis, and are printed per piece(unique items) to the customer. The supplier will function as a dropshipper to the customer. The number of posters will be 100-400 per week. The posters have the following characteristics: 50x70cm, 70x100cm and panorama sizes (180x50) Two types of paper, not canvas: Good quality art paper (150-200 gr/m^2) Old looking paper(for antique look) Supplier prints invoice and sends with poster to customer (A4 printing) Full colour and b/w, high detail printing Matt finish Possibilities to frame the poster (prefer wood, but material like pvc is also acceptable). The frame is an outside frame of approx four centimeters black wood. An example of the product is available. No glass in front. Orders will be shipped complete, so the frame in tact that my customer can hang on the wall directly. No frame: packing in carton or plastic tube with custom printed on tube or sticker with company logo, with frame: packing as company proposes(with sticker) Shipping I want to receive the total cost on customer order level, so prices per shipping. The orders will come in with either frame or not. For the shipping time, three weeks or so delivery is acceptable. This means for instance that options as China post are available(most cost effective). I will provide an excel sheet to write down numbers. My customers are all over the world. From experience, I know that packages with frame are often shipped with express services(DHL etc) Price: The target price for shipping and poster (50x70, no frame) is 10USD. Cheaper is of course better. Maximum is 14USD(all-in). 70x100 14USD 180x50 16USD. With frame: 50x70 40 70x100 50 180x50 70. Supplier: Should be good in English, flexible, able to meet all requirements, able to produce these higher quantities. Their location is not constrained, but I think Asia has most cost-effective options. All former suppliers(that have not met all requirements) were in China, have not checked elsewhere.
