Your qualifications: - Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred - Broadband Internet connection - Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools - Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects - Ability to meet deadlines - Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must - Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English - Typing English and Chinese Input Method (Both Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese) - Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) - Polite and Respectful Job Description: I'm looking for a Virtual Personal Assistant to help me conduct internet search, manage incoming calls and emails, schedule events, and help me stay on top of all of my obligations. Your responsibilities: - Document Preparation and Review - Data analysis/entry into Excel, Word or other programs - Research using the Internet or other information databases - Outbound calling to clients, vendors or others - Travel planning and coordination - Email management - Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online Service Level Agreement: Tasks have to be completed as soon as possible. Rate: HKD$1000 per month This is only a freelance job and about 20 hours per month.

Stalie here, I'm a full time student and has been on freelancer for quite some time already. I have experience in handling administrative work in university for event management purpose. I know it's gonna be different but I am always ready to learn. Due to my past experience in managing tight schedule, I will consider myself as one who is able to multitask, meeting deadlines and strictly following rules and instructions. I am based in Malaysia, Mandarin is my mother tongue but I'm currently living in a English speaking environment, so my English is not bad either. I am fluent in Cantonese too because I've been speaking in Cantonese with my family member since young. (Note: I can speak and read Cantonese but not writing) I am very well versed with Microsoft Office and I am pretty fast at typing. So, I can be pretty helpful if you have any data to enter. Lastly, I can always be reached through whatsapp, wechat, viber, facebook and email as I am connected to Internet all day via phone data and wifi provided in campus. P.S. I quote the pay rate slightly lower so that you will consider hiring me and writing a review after the completion of job because I think review and etc will help to boost my profile.
