Hello, Greetings of the day. It looks simple but to find appropriate rooms settings would certainly be time consuming and hence somewhat difficult. I am 3 D arch viz artist building scenes for studios & companies for years and I know how rare it is to get ready made settings in 3 D for good renders. Constructing new rooms will be long and expensive too. That is exactly why I have quoted the minimum amount because the number of output images is yet to be made clear.
