Historic San Clemente Miramar Theatre

A historic theatre building in Spanish Revival (red tile, white stucco walls) architecture sits at the beach in scenic resort community of San Clemente, CA, USA. It is, and has been for nearly two decades, been undergoing demolition my neglect by it's owner. I have been trying to save it but the public needs a vision they can rally behind. I would like to have a rendering of the building from it's many photos (past and present) presenting the theatre building and it's environment in it's most romantic light. Night vision might show the theatre lit dramatically with perhaps fireworks from the night sky casting colors on the white walls as in a "grand opening".
