Estimator / Project Manager Design Build / Large Scale Product Design/ Build

We are looking for an Experienced Project Mgr with experience in Custom Design Build/Product design. You must understand Manufacturing, Auto CAD,Revit, Structural Drawings, Architecture drawings as well as building envelope. You will take concepts and design product from fabrication through to installation. You will produce custom hang points to match product with architecture. We do large scale architectural displays for Major Real Estate Portfolio's both national and international clients. You should understand about weight load, how to distribute weight. You will be supervising and negotiating with subcontractors and installation crews. You will also be managing budgets while increasing efficiency and cutting costs when possible. You must speak the language with structural engineers, architects, project managers, Shop managers, sourcing agents, designers, Event Productions. Quality control and safety must be of utmost importance as well as striving to achieve best quality. You should understand about manufactuering Steel, CNC Machines etc. Therefore proving your method by vetting, prototyping and double confirmation should be of concern. You will be responsible to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a proven system, accurate timelines, proactive communication, planning, quality control, meeting deadlines, delegating, holding others accountable, being accountable.
