Bottle Cover Design

Trying to come up with a design to cover a water bottle with a recycled aluminum sheath. I may need to include some insulating material between the bottle and the sheath. I am also looking for a bamboo wood cap design that will have a silicon threading inserted. The design will include exact measurements and specifications so I can shop it out for manufacturing quotes. IMG_1331 is the bottle I will be needing to cover. The cap will look similar but with slightly more rounded images and made of bamboo instead of plastic. -The aluminum bottle pic has a similar two piece construction to what I would like my design to include. Threaded bottom attached to body and I would like a threaded top that would possibly thread into the cap. -The cap pic gives an idea of what the cap may look like except perhaps with a thread either on the inside or outside of the bottom of the cap so the aluminum body may attach. The cap will also need threading to exact match the bottle mouth. -I can send a sample of the bottle and cap that I currently have for specification reference.
