3D Rendering, CAD - open to bidding

We are supposed to design an emergency waiting room that's 20 by 15 meters in size. We already came up with a concept and idea and initial floor plan. We only want you to elaborate more on the floor plan and design the ceiling plan. We also want you to design a rendered 3D model of the waiting room. The focus is about lighting and type of lighting used. We want to see an everyday progress and we want the project to be ready by Wednesday morning 5th of November. Make sure there is annotation on the floor plan and ceiling plan.
