React developer who can help to "reactify" a couple pages of our site built using Laravel (PHP)

We are redeveloping our existing website. We have done our research, created wireframes, written content, planned our DB and programmatic trajectory, and are ready to start coding. We have a small number of pages that need to be done using React (due specifically to the nature of how we want this content shown to our site users). The pages in question will be written in Laravel (PHP) and tie in to a MySQL DB. They will also be running Algolia for searching, so an ability to incorporate this (or dance around it, so to speak) is ideal. Your job would be to take our design concepts and description and turn them into a completed React project that is turn key for us (my experience with React is basic, at best). I've attached some screenshots for reference. I am looking to have a "page within a page" in the sense that if a user clicks on an object it loads up a nearly fullscreen modal window over the page content. The user can then view and interact with the content in this modal window and, when done, close the window and return to where they were previously (the scroll state is preserved). The Uplabs example is a clearer example of the feature I am after, as it shows the modal window loaded over top of the site content (if you look around the edges of the modal) where the Reddit modal applies a dark grey background, blocking out the background. Both examples update the URL to reflect the page and could be shared out to the world. If a user was to share the link, it wouldn't load over top of anything (I guess that's state loss?) but would load up as its own page. Again, with both examples the scroll state (positioning) is preserved when opening a link from the main content page.
