I need a small programme written that can 1) Read Audio output from a computer (not using mic) but the speaker output 2) Must work on Windows, MacOS and Linux 3) Programme needs to read the audio and should expose the audio stream via HTTP audio so another client can stream via a browser. You can write the programme in Java, Python, C++ or Node
