i have a project developed in python for ANPR( Number plate reader) i need to develop a service for windows, so that all the processing working in my existing ANPR should run on background as a service. once we start the service of software all the task should be run in background, even after system restarts service should start automatically. its a ANPR developed in Yolo v3 .

If this is an option for you, why not just create something to launch that python application at the startup and run it backgrounded, I don't think you need to convert it to a windows service to acomplish that.
