Convert x2 Websites From PSD to HTML

I have 2 websites that have been designed in Adobe Photoshop and need to be converted into a website. Website 1: Crystal Clear TV Pages: 18 The website has a background image, provided as a separate file which allows for large and small resolution screen sizes to see the website perfectly. I dont know how you will make that happen, but the designer says it is a relatively easy task. Each web page is saved as a separate .psd for you already. All tags and descriptions should be implemented accordingly There are 4 pieces of video to be included in the site. The code is provided by a webvideo streaming company. You need to just copy and paste it straight from the html that they provide. Website 2: HDclubTV Pages: 24 This website is provided as separate .psd's for each page. It too only needs slicing, giving correct tags and for this website, and installing x2 pieces of video in the same way as with the first wbsite where you will simply need to copy and paste the code given by my video streaming company. I already have hosting setup with 1and1. This is a very straight forward job, i have taken care to explain the job, i pay promptly and am looking for the cheapest provider who can convert both the websites into html. Many thanks
