I see many incomplete sentences mostly small errors related to articles "a" "the" etc. There are many spelling errors. There are places where I don't understand what you mean for certain: -- Abstracts required of maximum of 100 words. Papers in this category should not exceed 1000 words. -- Does it mean the abstract can only be 100 words? I would write "The abstract should have a maximum of 100 words for papers that have less than 1000 words." in that case. I propose to do this project on a page by page basis. I will send my comments and corrections after I complete each page. You can update your source code and I will do a second brief review for errors. I live on the south coast of Turkey.
