Simple script that copies URLs from XML-files in a folder

I want a script that copies all the URLs within a specific tag for all XML files in a folder and saves it to a textfile. So for example. I execute the script. Syntag could be something like "geturls <path to source directory where the xml files are> <path to destinationfolder>\[login to view URL]" The script goes through all the xml-files in that folder and copies the URLs in each xml-file from tag <Successfully_Urls> to end tag </Successfully_Urls> from each xml-file and saves it to a textfile (URLs from all xml-files should be saved to the same text-file). I use windows so can probably be done in powershell, vbs-script or visual basic. I have attached a xml-file example.
