For the past few years the Fondation Sénégal Santé Mobile has organized a successful dinner fundraiser in November. This year the pandemic situation forced us to “think outside the box”.
To our great delight world-renowned Sénégalese singer/songwriter Baaba Maal (of Black Panther fame) has agreed to perform a LIVE concert specifically to raise funds for the Fondation.
The concert proceeds will continue to fund our programs that: support women and girls in Sénégal and Montreal and send much needed primary care medicines to rural health centres. In 2021 we are launching a program to provide patient transport vehicles to remote villages.
The concert will be broadcast (worldwide) direct from Sénégal online on December 26, 2020 around 5pm EST. People will be able to buy their online access link to the concert via a Facebook page and Eventbright
