Expatkey Properties is looking for a VA to support our growing organisation. Expatkey has over 13 years experience in the Sri Lankan market; we have been here in the good times along with the bad and have always managed to strive and succeed. We are currently undergoing a huge expansion plan, and as such, are looking for a skilled and professional to head the Admin, to support the core foundation of our company’s growth. Your role will include organising the Directors' schedules and communications, and handling all administrative duties, which include (but are not limited to): Online advertising and marketing pf all our proeperties Sending emails and responding to all communications on behalf of the Directors Self-starter with a high level of organisation - we love systems and processes Organisational Skills: A ninja in scheduling meetings, travel plans, billing, etc. Good Internet Skills: Internet savvy as you may need to do research or perform tasks which require a good knowledge of the Internet Interest in Office Technology: you should be able to learn the company's internal systems easily and use them efficiently Love people - customer service is the HEART of our business High proficiency in English - both written and spoken
