[English] I need a person to work from their home, that speaks spanish and english, with good internet conection (it will do cold calls via voIP so it's important that the call hears good) and obviously the person needs a computer, also the person will get new clients via textual message such as Facebook or Whatsapp or others but the priorities is the calls. With commercial experience and is for half day work (4hrs) To get clients who have rooms and apartments for rent and web development projects. * The new apartments and rooms will have to be uploaded to a central system so other person working with me can publish it on internet. 4 daily hours for 250€/month from Monday to Saturday. And the person has to call on daytime here (Spain), the ideal is to make calls anytime between 12:00 and 20:00 of Spain. With objetives and comissions: - Get 2 daily clients that have aparments for rent minimum = 5% from the benefit when the apartment get rented the 1st time - Get 2 daily clients that have rooms for rent minimum = 10€ per each room that get rented the 1st time (monthly rent). - 1 weekly web development project = 5% only when between all the projects the total amount is 5,000€ per month. * Getting a client for a room or apartment, doesn't mean this will get rented by us, we hope it happens like this, so I repeat, only it the palce get rented, then you get a comission, this work is done by other person. * We reset the counter every month If you can't get the objetives during the 1st month, we have to stop working. We considerer half month to learn what is needed and the 2nd half of the month to be fully prepare. This is what it will be ideal as comissions: - To get 5 apartments to be rented and all this will be 5,000€ as benefit = 250€ comission for you - To get 5 rooms to be rented per month = 50€ comission for you - To get development projects for a total amount of 5,000€/month = 250€ comission for you Comission = 550€/month for you Salary = 250€/month --> This is the ony 100% sure salary, the comissions depends on other person to rent the places. TOTAL "expected" SALARY = 800€/month ********************************************************* [Español] Necesito una persona en su pais para trabajar desde su casa que hable español e ingles, con buen internet (hara llamadas por internet y no se deben escuchar con fallos por internet malo) y obviamente necesita tener un ordenador, tambien captara por escrito pero la prioridad es captacion telefonica (cold call). Con dotes comerciales obviamente y es media jornada. Para captacion de habitaciones, pisos y projectos de desarrollo web. * Los pisos y habitaciones los tendra que subir a un sistema central para que otro sistema los publique. Por 4hrs diarias por 250€/mes y de Lunes a Sabado. Y que llame a horas que sean de dia aqui, lo ideal es que lo haga a cualquier hora entre 12:00 y 20:00 hora de España Con objetivos y comisiones: - Captar 2 pisos diarios minimo = 5% del beneficio cuando se alquile el piso solo la primera ves - Captar 2 habitaciones diarias minimo = 10€ por cada habitacion que se alquile solo la primera ves (por meses) - 1 projecto de desarrollo web a la semana = 5% solo cuando se llega a sumar 5,000€ o mas entre 1 o varios projectos en un mes. * El hecho de que capte un piso o una habitacion, no quiere decir que se lleve comision, repito, solo se lleva comision si el piso o habitacion se alquila y esto lo hace otra persona aqui. * El conteo se reinicia cada mes Pero sino cumple el objetivo, al cabo de 1 mes, ya no continuara. Se consideran medio mes de adaptacion y ya en la 2da quincena tiene que ir con todo. Lo ideal en comisiones seria : - Que se alquilen 5 pisos al mes por valor de 5,000€ en total de beneficios = 250€ comision para ti - Que se alquilen 5 habitaciones al mes = 50€ para ti - Que se obtengan projectos de desarrollo web por valor de 5,000€/mes = 250€ comision para ti Comision = 550€/mes para ti Salario = 250€/mes --> Este es el unico salario asegurado, las comisiones dependen de la otra persona que tiene que mover los alojamientos TOTAL SALARIO "ideal" = 800€/mes
