Wordpress Plug In Development

I run multiple Soccer Leagues. I need a seperate plug in to create and display the Leagues & Competitions on my website. Requirements: Create a full league with fixtures for the whole season. Fixtures to be displayed when required on the website normally 1-2 weeks in advance. Must be able to create the following: Teams: Must be able to create a team, give it a name, assign a logo if needed and add info on the team. This team can then be added to various competitions on the website. As seasons and competitions are completed they build up an overall playing record of a teams participation in the Leagues & Competition Seasons: Must be able to create multiple Seasons that will integrate to the various competitions and Leagues on the Website. Seasons could be called Winter 2015 or Spring 2016 or Summer 2016 and so on. Competitions: There will 2 Types of competitions Leagues: Each league is created with a specific number of teams, depending on the League teams may play eachother 1, 2 or 3 times in a Season. Knock-Out Cup Competiotion: Not run like a League. Any number of teams can enter. Must have a function that shows each round and results. Can be run like a World Cup format or the Knock out stages of the World Cup. Venues: All fixtures or competition take place a a venue, so this must be show on the fixture or the League.
