WHMCS registrar module

Hello, i need a whmcs module for registering .ro domains. I will provide the REST API documentation, REST API test server acces, DAS testing server, everything needed to code this module. The module should act like any other registrar modules in WHMCS, both in the admin area and in the client area.: - register domain - renew domain - check domain availability and status (eg: DeleteProhibited, OnHold, etc) - transfer between registrars (free) - transfer between owners (trade - paid) - change NaneServers - delete nameservers - get the status of a domain name - sync the registration and expiration dates upon whmcs cron run The domains must be registered upon payment, either automatically via credit card or manually upon marking an invoice as paid in WHMCS. In particular For the .ro extension the tld registry asks for registrant type (eg: company, person, institution, etc), company registration code or SSN for persons. These 2 fields should validate, using a custom [login to view URL] file in WHMCS. The module should be compatible with WHMCS 7.4.2 and backwards compatible with all 7.x versions (7.1.x, 7.2.x, 7.3.x) The module should not be encoded (eg: ioncube encoded), it should be open source.
