Website design and programming

The specification for this project is as follows:- To design a website carrying our corporate image. The website will consist of 15 to 20 pages of content, which will be graphical and text based. Also dynamic areas of the site will have to be created and programmed as follows:- Add a bookmark the site script to all pages. Create a quotation request form which will automatically breakdown the requirements of the customer. The contents of this form will be emailed to my email id for my attention. Add a contact us form – again emailed to my email id. Intergrate Skype into all of the pages of the website and also create a page for file transfers via skype. Add and create a knowledge base to the site. This would require the use of mysql database use and good programming knowledge. This area would be for customers to ask questions and view responses. It would also have a rate this question and answer area, a print this page and tell a friend about the article. A back end admin area would have to be programmed for the webmaster to authorise comments, answer questions and also configure email settings. Add and create a newsletter script to site. This script will collect email ids of subscribers and allow the webmaster to email bulk newsletter via a back end admin panel. Again Mysql and programming knowledge would be required to complete this area of site. The homepage of the site would also require a knowledge of website design with slideshows, as we intend on having a slideshow on the homepage showing elements of our business.
