Webpage Ripping & Optimization

We require 8 webpages to be ripped and optimized for mobile loading/viewing. I can show you the websites via PM. The layouts of the sites are what I desire so I can replace with my own content. Here is an example of a webpage we would want copied [login to view URL] These are what we want: 1. Tested on all major browsers, including old versions of IE including but not limited to IE10, IE9, IE8, IE7, etc. We find that IE tends to be the most difficult browser to deal with 2. We would prefer that errors and mistakes are kept to a minimum hence the need for you to be careful. 3. Mobile versions have fast loading times. 4. This can be an ongoing project. We want a price quote of around $20 per website copied. 5. We prefer working with Eastern Europeans, East Asians, and South Americans.
