We are a rapidly growing marketing agency, offering a PAID internship for a Web Designer/Developer. This position will start at $5, but will increase with your growth. You should be able to take on multiple projects, have a GREAT EYE FOR DESIGN, and take any design and turn it into a fully functional website, that is responsive on mobile and tablet. VALUES: Be on time. Deliver on time. Do what you say you will do. Follow instructions with excellence. Think for yourself. SKILLS: HTML/CSS (Sass & Less) PHP/MySQL (basic knowledge) PLATFORMS: Wordpress SOFTWARE: Adobe Photoshop ADDITIONAL SKILLS: Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and diagnostic and analytic tools including Google Analytics A good question-asker, eager to learn from your team Strong organizational and multitasking ability Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn rapidly Strong written / verbal communication skills ***All of our team members are brought on as Intern-to-Hire positions so we can evaluate how we fit and work together. All of our team members that are brought on end up getting a pay plan that continues to scale up over time.***
