Ultimate Client Manager Pro (Vehicle VIN Decoder) -- 2

I am using an OPEN SOURCE SOFTWARE - Ultimate Client Manager Pro, purchased from CodeCanyon. I require a custom VIN decoder field to be added to the "Websites" module. The "Websites" module is going to be copied and renamed to "Vehicles". This is going to be used to decode Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN) when it is copy/pasted into the VIN field and have it automatically input "Make, Model, Year" into their fields. The VIN decoding API is freely available from here ([login to view URL]). We are doing work on vehicles instead of websites and require this feature to be added in order to speed up the process of adding vehicles and their details to the system.
