Hello sir , As per the mentioned Application , its advisable to use 1) Laravel (PHP framework) for Back end system for web application 2) Bootstrap ( Front end Framework) For responsive Web application auto adoptable in different size screen including Mobile / Tab . 3) Database = > MYSQL server would be a suitable . 4) for collecting informations from iface Device . should Run an C# application to get datas and update on database . 5) Web Interface application runs just to monitor , track , download attendance Report . 6) Using this method , over all architecture gets isolated from other module . it will be simple and clean .
