Teamspeak 3 Website integration

Hi Everyone I'm hoping you can help me with a project I'm hoping to work on. If you have ever heard of teamspeak, I am looking at creating an automatic 'sync' between my teamspeak 3 server with my website (with possibilities to make it transferable to multiple websites). Some workflow things that this project will include are : when new user is accepted into the group they put their UID on their website 'profile' web control panel associates website groups with teamspeak 3 group IDs web control panel is accessed by communtiy admins only and can 'force' a check on changes to user's groups web control panel allows you to enter teamspeak 3 server information including serveryquery account/password code checks website database every 5 minutes for changes to users 'groups' on the website if change is detected to a users group, it will remove any groups on teamspeak that the member was removed from on the website, and add any groups the user was added to on the website ability to add 'ad hoc' groups as needed either in code or control panel ability to add specific ts groups for a timed amount of time (either hours/days/months) (ex. birthdays, temporary granting of permissions on ts) Teamspeak 3 already has two MAJOR ts3 php frameworks available for you to use, I just dont know any php code!
