Teach me how to use scrapebox

I recently bought scrapebox. I have proxies. I need someone to use screen share software and teach me the following: 1) how to scrape target urls from keywords with a deep knowledge of footprints 2) how to use contact form submitter There may be some small details im forgetting within these two but for the most part this is what is required. It should real quick especially if you can speak english and just teach me via audio + screenshare. Thanks!
