Streaming server and client configuration and requirements

You must tell me the requirement for all the list below: I need tutorial on how to create streaming server (I have the linux server but I don't know what to install and setup) and client (I would like to stream to the server and YouTube). I need you to help us live setup the server and teach me to setup as well (I will use this as backup server, so I can handle when problem occur) I need you to make the configuration to stream to two server at once. I have Laravel / PHP site and I want to embed the streaming (from my server) to our own website. I need the code for embeding the streaming from private server and youtube, so the user have two choices. I need it to be automatically switch quality on user's side depends on their network, ex: 360p 480p 720p 1080p. (Maximum is 1080p) Client side can use OBS / Multimedia Flash Server. Client should be able to stream to multiple places at once and should be able to stream multiple quality. I prefer something that I can input live (example: text, or image). Also you must note that I'm streaming from multiple camera at once, so It will become PIP. If you have other options feel free to suggest.
