Specialized Ad Ordering

Girl AdSpace is an advertising service that allows clients to pick a girl and a body part to have an ad painted on. We mkae the ad and place the ad. We need a PHP/MySQL program to allow clients to order these ads... Here's a rundown of what I'm looking for... Clients will be able to browse a gallery of girls. Each girl's picture will link to a small profile consisting of minimal info (first name, body stats, likes, dislikes, bio), body parts they are willing to use as adspace (dropdown list), and ads they've done. I also want the girls to be able to login and edit the info on their profile as well as body part availability. I want only the admin to be able to add ads they've done. Underneath the dropdown list of available body parts, I want a button to order and ad from that girl so they can select the body part on her profile and get started with the process. The next step will be where the client will enter their information (name, biz name, url, e-mail, address, phone #). The next step will be a text box for describing the ad and/or uploading images for the ad. The next step will be selecting from a list of web/print publications to have their ad placed in... also with a box where they can list publications we don't have and a radio button to decide not to have us place it- just to have the ad sent to them. They submit the info and see a thank you page. All of this info will be subitted to us and I want to have, in the admin interface, a place to review these orders, contacts the clients, and send out price quotes. Invoices will go through Paypal. I'd also like to be able to add more onto the script later. PLEASE GIVE ME A QUOTE FOR THE PROJECT AS A WHOLE- NOT AN HOURLY RATE.
