Simple PHP Search, List, Record

pretty simple project. You can provide a sample MYSQL database with 4 fields for testing. I will adapt the rest later in to my own. A few comments in code would be nice but I should be ok to figure it out. CSS to format grid and record page would be great too.. nothing fancy.. just modern and responsive. I use field1 and field2 as my key, field 2 is a occurrence number ex 1,2,3,4) I will need the search to look for field1 and then get the highest number field2 for the result. 1. PHP Page for Search (1 field to search DB, Result goto 2) 2. PHP Record Page, Error for Not Found (Display Return to search button) or If (field1) Found show record of latest Occurrence (greatest Field2) Return to search button at bottom of form. I think that sums it up.. its simpler then it sounds. Im here for questions. I need this done pretty quick.. Thanks...
