Simple PHP API Script

We need a simple script that does the following. It's needed by tomorrow! API IS here: Me API IS here [login to view URL] The code you can use as a base (which does most of this...) is here: [login to view URL] What I need done is: Trading Bot: Set Up the bot to watch say 10 coins pairs that are finishing a large wave (I will supply these as I find them) ex: NEO/BTC or ADA/BTC do not worry about the meaning of the coins, these are the pairs shown by API.. Set budget per coin - ex 0.1 BTC for this purchase Set it up to buy at XX % of the current coin value. So if the coin is 1.00 The script will buy at .80 using the budget for this coin Determine % Held on to of the coins purchased, ex: keep 20% If this is set for this coin, sell 80% of the coin for example keep 20% Set it up to hold and then sell at a pre determined % Gain from purchase price Ex: if I bought at .80 and I want 20% profit, sell at .96 Follow HOLD % Rules Can do as many coins as I want at once The script contantly checks to see if we are meeting these price points. We note BUY price, and profit target (say 20%) So we buy at 1.00, we set a safeguard to SELL ALL AT .90 in case it dives. We set a SELL ALL ORDER at 1.20 (minus the percent we hold back) so we might sell 80% of coins at 1.20 We keep the rest, and then I do another trade. I can have up to 10-15 open at once trades. So the script checks price for that coin every few seconds. Execute Sells at profit point.
