Search Website / Member Registration for Employers/Employees

This website has all design work and templating for pages to be built completed. All that is needed is to make the pages functional. Payments for memberships in the website will be handled via 2checkout. A website that allows for applicants to search for job posted in the database by employers and agencies - and vice versa. Your job is to make this thing completely functional as if it were to go live, and you were not only the programmer, but also the proof man who makes sure there are no errors or missed functionality, but if there are you fix them. PREVIEW EMPLOYEES Ability to have a website guest preview the applicants by using the search engine tool. All items will be viewable of the applicants, except for contact information and the last name will just be the last initial. SEARCH ENGINE When previewing if someone is not logged in, they will be sent to the registration page telling them to register or login. Whenever results come up, have pagination kick in, where it only shows 10 results per page. SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRATION HANDLING & NOTICE For applicants, their listing will be up for 45 days. On the 40th day, they will be sent an email reminding them to push the renew button on their personal FHH page. In addition, their front page will tell them how many days they have left, as well as a renew button. For agencies and employers, they will have the same thing, but a notice will be sent to them 24 hours prior to the expiration. If either of these options require a payment, allow for the payment to just prolong their existing membership. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION If an applicants' account expires, allow for it to become deleted. If an agency or an employer's account expires, put it into suspend mode. If they login, it will redirect them to a page that says their account is suspended due to failure to renew before the expiration date. PAYMENTS FROM WEBSITE MEMBERS The website will be utilizing [login to view URL] for handling payments so make sure that everywhere on the site that asks for a payment is able to take payments from 2CO. Initially, we will be allowing this to be a free service, so comment out the places where it allows for payments to be made, and can just put the code back in in a month or two. AGENCY PROFILES If someone signs up as an agency and choose the highest subscription option, they are allowed to post up to 3 available positions. ALL PROFILES 1. A message in the upper left hand corner showing how many new messages they have received in their inbox page. 2. "Activate my profile in the database?" This option allows for a user to activate or deactivate their profile from showing on the website when someone does a search. Default it automatically to 'no'. 3. In the upper right corner, there is a notification showing that there are xx amount of days left in the subscription and it provides a link to renew. INBOX MESSAGES The agency, applicant and employer homepages all have the ability to receive messages from other members that are logged in and click the 'contact this member' link on their home page. What needs to happen is when a message is sent, an email must be disbatched to to the recipient telling them to login and view the new message. APPLICANT USER REGISTRATION Here is the flow of the sign up process: 1. User fills out information 2. User 'agrees' to the terms of use page 3. A page then comes up and tells them to check their email box, as it will have sent them their username and password, in which they can log into the website. Whenever a user attempts to view a page that needs to be viewed when logged in only, redirect the page to the login page. From there, if they choose to register, have the username and email check against the database to ensure they are not currently in the database already. Error checking needs to be in place for the email address as well. If anything on the form returns an error, make sure they can go and correct it without having to fill out everything all over again. AGENCY USER REGISTRATION 1. User picks subscription option 2. User fills out information - the first option allows them to view and contact applicants for 30 days. The second option allows them to view and contact applicants for 30 days as well as post up to 3 job openings. 3. User 'agrees' to the terms of use page 4. User pays for their option through 2CO. 5. After payment, a page tells them to check their email box, as it will have sent them their username and password, in which they can log into the website. ADMIN SECTION - SEARCHING Admin will have unlimited access to search both applicants and jobs. ADMIN SECTION - LISTING USERS Admin will be able to login as a user, delete a user, suspend, etc.
