phpBB2 programmer

Hello. I'm needing a programmer to help me fix some bugs on a phpBB2 forum software, to improve few features that are already programmed, and also to help changing the color codes for a Dark Mode style. After everything is done, I also will need a clean-up of the database (remove all accounts but Admin's), all posts, etc so I can start and open the forum from scratch. I will attach a text document where I will list, detailed, and with images, all the features that I'm needing. You should include also the database clean to start the forum, as it's not detailed in the doc. After all those tasks are done, if you're good for my project, I'll keep you as a maintenance programmer, where you'd fix some bugs, and implement small things every now and then. For this project, I prefer a fixed price. After it's done and if I'm happy with you, I'm happy to do a hourly basis for the rest of maintenance. Please, I would also appreciate if your bid message / price is according to this description, rather than a custom-message or a copy/paste message and random price bids.
