PHPAudit/vBulletin/iDevaffiliate login share

We need a mod that will allow our customers to share their login/password between PHPAudit, vBulletin and iDevaffiliate. This mod will have, of course, to check the availability of usernames, email addresses in each script before allowing the registration into PHPAudit. As soon as a user account will be activated (upon license activation) into PHPAudit, the vBulletin account will have to be moved into the "Customers" group and the iDevaffiliate account will have to be activated. A good feature would be to also modify the status of the vBulletin and iDevaffiliate accounts upon modification of the PHPAudit account (for example when an account is tagged as Fraud, it should be moved into the "Banned" vBulletin group and the iDevAffiliate account should be suspended).
