PHP-FPM Install On Ubuntu 16.04

We are currently deploying an Ubuntu 16.04.2LTS server. We have disabled native PHP7.0 and have enabled PHP-FPM. This server will host about 100 VHOSTS/Users. We need PHP-FPM setup to run securely. Currently we are using sockets, CHROOT each individual user via FPM Pools, pool mode set to ondemand. We are getting inconsistent results. Here is what we need done: 1. We will provide a new Linux install without PHP-FPM. 2. You will need to disable the native PHP7, Install and configure PHP-FPM so it runs securely and isolates each user. Previously we were using SUPHP, and it's the security model of SUPHP we would like to copy using PHP-FPM. 3. We need to ensure that PHPMyAdmin runs, that WEBMin runs, but that no other scripts outside of the /HOME folder are permitted to run without us giving explicit permission. 4. We can provide you with Teamviewer access to a Windows machine that does a SSH connection into the Linux server that we are talking about. 5. We need this documented so that we can deploy this same configuration to several other servers. A staff member will take notes but we will ask you to clarify questions that we have so that we get a good working procedure documented. 6. Our security policy requires that a technical staff member observes any work done by an outside contractor. 7. As noted in # 5, the technical staff member will attempt to take notes of the configuration changes you are making to meet the requirements.
