The system should have option to cross-match people based on who comes first, or who is ripe to receive payment. Its an automatic and matches people who do not know each other or register via same upline. Here in this app you wanna do, there won’t be need for compulsory referrals. But whoever refers someone should always get a referral bonus of (10% each time) the referred person makes payment. When a user needs to reach support, there should be support button from the app, so he can type his issue and admin replies from admin dashboard and he picks his reply there too. Payment orders should be assigned every day. Like if I join today, Im matched to pay today, and tomorrow someone will be matched to pay me, and same for the next three days too. There is timer on app: 30 hours for sender to pay, and after he makes payment, he uploads proof of payment to receiver. Once proof of payment is uploaded, receiver has 24hours to confirm. If the sender uploads a proof of payment but do not make payment, the receiver can click- "I do not receive payment" which flags the transaction as dispute. ASdmin can view dispute from his dashboard, and ask both sender to submit his proof of payment on the disputed order, and receiver too submit bank statement for said order so as to know who is faulty. Admin can suspend and block user. Any user who refuse to pay or upload POP (Proof of payment) before expiry is suspended. Any user whogets payment but do not click CONFIRMATION, should get suspended too. SUSPENDED PAGE Any one who defaults and admin blocks from the system is blocked from the system forever. Give room for admin, to levy a fee of a certain amount on a particular user, or a particular stage or level orability to select all level and all stages please.
