This issue is because of NS pointing issue and domain name prapogation issue. We can fix this issue within 1 or 2 hours but for doamin prapogation server take 24-48 hours so you have to be patient with it.

as the error suggests, there are many concurrent connections to the database. that has to be reduced to get the site back up.
