A Magento based CRM, inventory and b2b sales, accounts integration

Such a small box! I'll keep it brief. We manufacture and distribute outdoor gear to independent retailers, so our business processes are fairly typical, buying, selling, delivering, invoicing. We're looking for a new inventory system and web front end for our retailers, not for consumers. It must integrate with Xero or Quickbooks. The custom bits we're looking for are: - An integrated CRM to replace insightly, which has a 'save to insightly' widget for gmail. This automatically files emails on the correct customer, creating one if required based on email metadata. It's a nice feature we don't want to loose. - An unusual stock allocation system. We work in seasons, and must instruct factories well in advance. The new b2b sales system has to prompt the customer for a delivery date first, at the start of the shopping process, in order to allocate a pricelist and calculate stock availability. In the back end, there must be a system of flags for order priority. Advanced orders get to reserve stock, but if they're cancelled we want to reallocate stock to "asap" orders automatically. - A fashion matrix (size and colour) integrated across ordering, invoicing, paperwork and reporting. We want to see barcodes on everything. - Customised discounting logic. Eg. This customer gets 2% on this brand for orders placed before X date for delivery after Y date. They should see the correct price when they are entering their order. - In the 'My Account' page on the b2b, the customer should be able to see their past orders, future orders (with estimated delivery dates line by line) as well as invoices, due dates, order dispatch/delivery status, their credit limit, discounts, billing and delivery addresses.
