I have a Used Car dealership. In our website, customers send us their VIN number and vehicle info so that we can give them a quote for their car. I need to use Zapier's API developer to integrate with my website and receive this VIN, decode the VIN using an API call, and then send this decoded info into my Client Relation Management (CRM) program. The contact form is here: [login to view URL] I've already used Zapier to import my contact form data and to send it to my CRM (Insightly). What I need a developer to do is integrate a VIN Decoder API into Zapier so i can parse the data from the VIN into all the info I need: Vehicle Make, Model, Trim and Year. VIN decoding is completely legal and there is even an API provided by the United States Government for public use. You can see here: [login to view URL] and here: [login to view URL] I also found this API here that may work: [login to view URL] Zapier provides a very easy to use API developer platform that can integrate with any API. I need a developer to integrate a VIN Decoder API using Zapier. See info on their developer system here: [login to view URL] It should be pretty intuitive. I would do it but I don't have the time to learn it and API integration is new to me. I already have my Insightly CRM and Wordpress contact from integrated and an example of the integration is already built into my account.
