Get Traffic to my Website

Hi Description I need an email server setup on site to send email shots. I want to be able to send about 100,000 emails a day without hitting spam filters to send pre-made email adverts to promote my company's services. I currently have A home consumer broadband and need advice on upgrading to a service with a higher upload speed to meet the requirements of the email shots. I need someone who lives or can travel to the UK to do the task at hand. Additional requirements would include writing or using pre-existing software to set up scheduled email blasts and an easy to use interface to add large amounts of data to a data base. What I have so far: Currently I have A server setup using windows 2012 R2 with the following specs: CPU: Intel Celeron G1840 2.84GHz Dual core RAM: 4GB I will also need advise on suitable hardware for the task. It can be changed/upgraded as necessary Key tasks: setup server hardware on site configuration of email server advise on suitable broadband advise on suitable hardware needed Optional tasks: creating schedules for email blasts in software easy to use interface for adding large amounts of data I understand that when you send a certain amount of emails you can become black listed and I will also need advice on how to prevent that.
