Freelancer Type Site

I'd like to make a screenwriters website featuring work for purchase and writers for hire. This would be similar to an upwork or freelancer type website. I've bought a theme already at- https://freelanceengine.enginethemes.com. So I'd like someone to set this up and give the custom functions I need.
So far, here is what I have written out for page needs, and features.
1. Start Page- I want to find a screenplay, I want to sell a screenplay

2a. Writers Home- (sell a screenplay option)
Menu up top- Find Work, My Jobs, Messages, My Profile
Front page has top ranked scripts, scripts that got purchased, scripts that got made, and an ability to browse Producer requests. Filter by genre, lead, type.

Menu up top- Find Screenplays, My Jobs, Messages, My Profile

Treatment, button for The First 10, Full Script Button, Option This Script Button
The First 10- This button pops up first 10 pages of the screenplay.
Full Script Popup- This is not a license to use or distribute the script in any way. By clicking buy now, you agree to a $5 read fee. Read Script Button- to payment portal (payment info is saved upon first use). Disclosure screen- this work is copyrighted and protected by _____ user and _____ (our website).
Option This Script Button- This is a legal agreement to option the script for the price of $500 (customizable amount). I understand that an option is holding my place and is not a full license for purchase and use of the script. Option Script Button- to payment portal

Screenplays are uploaded by pdf and the software would be able to display just the first 10 pages for the First 10 Button, or release download for option, and download as well as license for buy out.

6b. Producer My Jobs page- jobs currently seeking applicants, or currently in progress, along with listing past work.
Post a job button- Ability to post a job which would appear on the writers jobs feed.
I'm know more needs will arise but I'd love to get a basic working version going, so I can visualize and decide what else may be needed.
