Hi The problem here in the uk is that your domian reports the following DNS Lookup for [login to view URL] at 04:36 on 27 June 2018 Host IP Address Alias ---------------- -------------- ------------------------------------- [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] This server is a goDaddy Server so problem 1 is a Nameserver/DNS issue Questions: When did you change over the domain DNS/Name Server - If less than 2 days ago then you'll have to wait for the DNS servers around the work to catch up. Can you see the site if you enter the IP address of the new hosting server rather than the domain name ? if not then it is probably a Cpanel/Hosting configuration [login to view URL] the hosters should be able to set for you. If it was more than 48 hours ago then Did you request the Domain be moved to gatorhost when you took the hosting package and did you ask them to set up the DNS/Nameservers when you moved ? if not - Does hostGator have a Nameserver/DNS configuration page/panel - If not then again you will need them to make the changes to the DNS If you are expecting/expected to make the DNS changes yourself then hostGator should have provided you with the nameservers and IP address of the server that will be the minimum required to set up the DNS to point the name to your site. If this is the case then I should be able to set this up remotely for you if you require Rgds Alan Sheppard
