I'm good at all listed skills and use these languages every day. But you would need to supply the server. I don't want to use my own.

Since I have been part a of an institute which supported project based learning. I have done lots of projects throughout my academic career. My knowledge is not only restricted to just programming but it's more on providing the best of the output by providing various interesting plugins which makes the admin life easier. Also, other's may provide you a hard coded website but instead I will provide you with an admin panel where you can edit the contents of your website on your own and will not have to contact me once the website is built. I have also had a course on design which gives me an edge over the other programmers.
