Facebook Auto wall post application

I Need an application that can post onto Fan pages such as starbucks coca cola etc as a fan on a time schedule. There should also be an option to tag other pages using the @ function with Facebook. I have seen this before but they were not using an application to get this job done. If you have any idea on how to re create this automated process msg me for more info.
