Twilio infrastructure should be used to initialize a call and connect agent to client. 1. HTTP get - /app/makecall?clientnbr={clientnbr}   2. Check if logged in / redirect to login page if necessary + pass in the original url   3. Fetch the caller phone nbr from profile   4. Show page with button: <make call> + show agent nbr & client nbr   5. Twilio: make phone call to the agent   a. call the webhook - status “calling agent” 6. If agent does not pick up: finish call a. call the webhook - status “agent unavailable” 7. If agent picks up: make phone call to outgoing nbr a. call the webhook - status “calling client” 8. At any moment when the agent disconnects: finish call a. call the webhook - status “call finished” When you submit the proposal, please reply with the word Twilio at the beginning of the proposal.
