I need a coder to convert my psd to a website. The dedicated server will host the website but it will need to connect to ovh's (hosting provider) cloud data platform. So the site will serve the standard webpage but when they choose to upload the file it will go to the ovh data cloud as storage and when they download it will download the file from their cloud data service. The webpage has a main display page with an upload button. When clicked it should bring up a box that says temporary guest storage or permanent storage. The guest storage should upload the file at a max of 250mb and only store it for 24 hours. Permanent storage requires registration and has a max file upload of 750mb. All files uploaded should be given a direct link to their download. All downloads require captcha and all uploads require captcha. In the member page it should have an option to buy an upgrade to premium and get a 1.9GB file size limit and storage of up to 5TB. Payment should connect with paypal and automatically update their account to premium when payment is made. This should be subscription based payment via paypal. When they cancel it their premium service should be allowed only for the remainder of the month. The member page should allow them to view all files downloaded and their uploads with options to delete them. Cloudfare should also be installed and set up properly. They have an upload file size limit so you will have to turn off cloudflare features for the upload and download of files. Security is very important.
