Hi there, We've gone through the RFP provided by you and have some queries regarding your requirements: 1) We need to see the data structure of your existing system with Sample data of Donor, Donation and online fund raising. Are there any related/child objects for these 3 main tables/objects? 2) In donor tracking, are we going to have 3 types of roles/profiles in Salesforce - Admin, Donor and staff having different permissions? or are we going to have 3 different pages for 3 different User Interfaces? 3) Integration Implementation - On which platform the target system is built? Is integration going to be one way or two way in terms of data flow? - How does the system communicate - xml or json? - Do we need any certification installed in both of the systems? - In which format the data will be shared from target system which will be pushed in Salesforce? - Will there be any scenario in which data will be updated from this integration UI? In case of data updates in SF, Do we need to pass that information to the target system?
