Customise Woocommerce Product page to show 'Sold out' beside variants that are sold out, and hide variant when no longer available. Our woocommerce website sells courses that are held on a certain date/time. The date/time is stored as an attribute on the product. See [login to view URL] When the stock level for a variant becomes zero woocommerce currently hides (does not show) the variant. We would like to change this so that the website continues to display the variant after it's stock level reaches zero and display a 'Sold Out' message beside the variant (instead of the Book Now) button. Additionally, we would like the website to hide the variant/course when it's date/attribute value is less than (<) today's date. A design for the 'Sold Out' message will be provided. Attached is an extract of the code (from [login to view URL]) that draws the courses and buy now buttons.

Hello! Hopefully you are fine! I have viewed your Wordpress-powered course-selling website and reviewed the "White Card" training course as an example. At the right side under the caption: "Available Dates", it is showing what you termed as "variant". And, you only want it to be hidden from eyes of visitors when its date has passed. But, if a variant is full, meaning that the students have booked all the available seats, it will keep on appearing with the subtitle: "Sold Out" until the date has passed.
