Hi everybody! I need somebody that can create for me an online platform where users can use it to create animated banners. IT HAS TO BE MADE IN ANGULAR JS and PHP For animated banners I mean gif files like this one: [login to view URL] Members should be able to create banners in a easy way, without being an expert on design, every picture should able to have is own animation, text as well. The platform should look like something like this: [login to view URL] The one in the video can't really make animated banners, but it is just to have an idea.
