Hello! What you're describing should most likely not take more than one to two hours of work. Depending on what Wordpress plugin you use for the gallery this can be easily fixed or we can look together for a gallery plug in that suits your need which lets you implement full galleries. The menu can most likely be fixed with some custom CSS. That's why my bid is aimed at one hour and a half of my payrate.
