Captcha PHP for Forms- Teach me how

I am a graphic designer and want to learn how to implement captcha in forms. I have downloaded PHP Library for reCAPTCHA located at [login to view URL] I have the captcha keys. I need to learn to put this on the HTML forms I create. I would like you to teach me what I need to do to implement this in Dreamweaver. My hosting server processes forms via the [login to view URL] I am a quick learner and this should not take more than an hour for me to understand, if you speak English well. I would like to call you and talk to you while it is shown to me via the Internet. You must live in the U.S. I can do this at your convenience, before 10pm EST.
